The landlord is always ready to listen to any renters' queries. Talking of amenities, 24-hour water supply, and RO water filters are also installed. Electricity was also never a problem. A major plus point is that the New Ashok Nagar metro station is within 5 minutes of walking distance and I could find everything I needed be it milk, groceries, or a quick snack if I stepped just outside my building. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Delhi that is close to Noida.

So, you can easily get fresh fruits and vegetables. The gym and saloons are approximately 20 meters from the location. So, there is no need for any transport for the fruits, vegetables, gym, etc. The owner is amiable and there is a welcoming atmosphere.
